6757 - Record of Survey on Highway 20, Nice Our expert survey crew at Ruzicka Associates has performed countless boundary resolutions, alta surveys, and prepared many record of surveys. Our clients for this type of project range from local Indian Tribes, development firms, commercial businesses, to the average residential homeowner. This project is a great example of a typical record of survey that our company has prepared. It was conducted for the Redwood Valley Little River Band of Pomo Indians and is located right on from Highway 20 across from the Nice-Lucerne Cutoff. Ruzicka Associates produced this parcel map for a commercial property right on Main Street across from Kelseyville High School. We at Ruzicka Associates often work with clients to help establish and define their property’s boundaries to provide a resolution to a boundary conflict. Click here to view an excerpt of the project. 6624 - South Main Street / Soda Bay Road Improvements, Lakeport Recently, we undertook an extensive topographic survey of over one-and-a-half miles of Soda Bay Road and South Main Street, right here in Lakeport. Lying just south of the Lakeport city limits, our detailed survey will help aid in a project by the County to widen these roads and make them safer. We collected well over 3000 points of data using our state-of-the-art GPS and total station equipment. Ruzicka Associates prepared a detailed topographic survey showing grade contours, property lines, and all existing utility lines. Click here to view an excerpt of the project. 7208 - Mount Konocti purchase, Kelseyville We at Ruzicka Associates believe that giving back to the community is one of the most important things a company can do. Recently, we donated a large amount of work to the County of Lake to help document a historic purchase that they are working on. The County of Lake is in the process of purchasing a portion of the top of Mt. Konocti and we have helped them by surveying and mapping the location of over five miles of winding roadway for the preparation of access easement legal descriptions. We hope that all of Lake County will soon be able to see this new purchase as it is a wonderful site for all to behold with some of the most spectacular views in the county. |
